A Cornwall Explorer
Like many people I have a soft spot for Cornwall. It has tended to be rose-tinted as a place of escape.

After over-hearing a local in a pub on Bodmin complaining about foreigners and realising they were talking about me, I have grown to learn more about the problems facing Cornwall and the Cornish - particularly around issues of identity .

As a good introduction to Cornwall I would highly recommend Phillip Payton's Cornwall: a History.
